Local Student Receives $5,000 College Grant from CapEd and the ACCEL/Exchange® EFT Network.
Noah Archibald-Seiffer of Boise is a $5,000 Education Exchange 2009 College Grant winner. CapEd presented the Education Exchange program to local students by providing application materials at all six branch locations. Through the Education Exchange College Grant Program, 34 high school seniors from across the country are selected to share a total of $50,000 in college grants. A graduate of Timberline High School, Noah was editor of the district literary and art magazine, a peer mentor, and a member of the Key Club, Spanish Club, and National Science Bowl Team. An avid cello player, he has won numerous music awards across the state. Noah has also volunteered extensively, including devoting substantial time to the Special Olympics and the Home Garden harvest to benefit the Idaho Food Bank. Noah’s career goal is to become a pediatric cardiologist and to work as a physician for ‘Doctors without Borders. Noah will pursue pre-med studies at Washington University in St. Louis.
