We’re tightening security to protect your information.

As technology improves, so do the attempts by bad guys to see your private information. In recent news, some weaknesses have been revealed in the older encryption technologies used by our browsers to keep others from seeing our internet traffic. One of those technologies is known as TLS (Transport Layer Security). TLS 1.1 & 1.2 are still considered safe, but the older, TLS 1.0 is not. In order to avoid allowing someone to see your banking information, we aren’t going to allow our members to connect to NetBranch with TLS 1.0 any longer. Most browsers that have been released in recent years are capable of connecting to eBranch using TLS 1.1 or 1.2, but some will need to be set to allow the newer technology. If you are unable to connect to eBranch, please follow the directions below that correspond with your browser.
